Your statutory rights come first. This policy explains cancellation and refund arrangements for purchases from WAN TECH SOLUTIONS LTD. An order may offer additional rights. Nothing here removes a remedy for faulty, misdescribed, undelivered, or otherwise non-conforming goods, digital content, or services.
1. Identify where you purchased
- Apple App Store: manage subscriptions in your Apple account and request purchase refunds through Apple's refund service. Contact Wan Tech for product faults and remedies for which we are responsible.
- Google Play: manage subscriptions in Google Play and use Google Play's refund process where applicable. You can also contact us with your order reference.
- Direct purchase or project contract: use the cancellation controls provided with your Service, or email info@wantechsolutions.com. Identify the product or project and your order or invoice reference.
The relevant store's processing rules apply to store-billed transactions, subject to mandatory law. If we cannot process a refund directly because a platform collected the payment, we will explain the appropriate channel. This does not remove legal responsibilities we owe you.
2. Recurring subscriptions and trials
You can cancel renewal using the method disclosed when subscribing. For a store-billed subscription, cancellation must be made through that store within its stated deadline. Unless the plan says otherwise or law requires a different outcome, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Deleting an app, closing an account, or stopping use does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Trial duration, any conversion to a paid subscription, price, renewal interval, and cancellation deadline must be disclosed before you agree. Refunds for a partly used billing period depend on the offer, applicable store rules, and statutory rights; there is no universal entitlement to a discretionary refund for a change of mind after all applicable cancellation rights expire.
3. Consumer withdrawal rights
For eligible EEA or UK distance contracts, you may have 14 days from the relevant statutory starting point to withdraw without giving a reason. Other countries may provide different rights. To exercise a right against Wan Tech, send a clear statement of cancellation to our email or postal address before the deadline. No special wording is required.
For immediately supplied digital content, a loss of a withdrawal right applies only when the law's conditions are satisfied, including any required prior express consent, acknowledgement of losing the right, and confirmation. For services begun at your express request during a withdrawal period, a lawful proportionate charge may be due for work actually supplied. Full performance ends a withdrawal right only where the legal conditions are met. These general policies do not themselves supply the required express request or consent.
Where a statutory refund is due, we will make it within the applicable legal deadline using the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is agreed. A qualifying withdrawal is not restricted to store credit, and no unlawful cancellation or refund fee will be charged.
4. Custom software, design, and professional services
The signed proposal or statement of work governs project milestones, acceptance, change requests, cancellation, and any additional refund commitments. If a project ends early, we will account for work delivered, agreed obligations, and legitimately committed costs in accordance with that contract and law. An advance payment is not automatically forfeited simply because it is called a deposit.
A request to stop work does not retrospectively undo work properly performed. Equally, you retain remedies where we fail to perform as agreed. Any consumer exception for custom goods or particular services applies only where that legal exception actually covers the transaction; custom software is not automatically excluded from all consumer remedies.
5. Faults, duplicate charges, and non-delivery
Tell us promptly if a purchase does not work as described, is not delivered, or appears incorrectly charged. Provide the product name, reference, purchase date, and a description of the issue. We may request information reasonably needed to verify the transaction. Do not send full card numbers, PINs, passwords, or one-time codes.
We will investigate and provide the remedy required by the relevant contract and law, which may include correction, repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. Reporting a problem does not waive your right to contact your payment provider or regulator.
6. Complaints and follow-up
If you disagree with a decision, reply explaining why and ask for a review. Use Support for contact options. You retain access to any competent court, regulator, or dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.
