For products we operate and supply in the course of our business, we act as a business trader. The product listing, checkout, or signed contract identifies the supplier for a particular transaction. A client-owned app can have a different operator even where Wan Tech developed the software.

Our Terms of Service apply across platforms when a Wan Tech-operated app expressly incorporates them. Read the individual product listing and notices for its features, price, subscriptions, permissions, age requirements, and information practices.
For an app-store purchase, the relevant store's purchase rules also apply. Our service terms do not replace Apple's Standard EULA where that licence applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
